Ok, let’s set the stage for this alarming atrocity. In October 2021 Mark Houck was charged with the crime of violating the F.A.C.E. Act or Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances. He was charged with twice pushing a 72-year-old man down and causing him an injury that required medical attention. Charges were brought locally and were subsequently dropped because the plaintiff in the case kept missing court appointments. The Houck family states that the man, who had a history of verbal abuse against Mr. Houck, began saying vulgar things to Houck’s 12-year-old son and invaded the child’s personal space, at which time Mr. Houck physically pushed him away from his son. Paramedics were never called. A video of the altercation is being searched for.
So, the local case was dismissed, and yet somehow the FBI, under Attorney General Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice showed up at Mark Houk’s house around 7 a.m. on Friday the 23rd of September with about 25 SWAT Agents and 15 Different Vehicles. According to Mrs. Houck they banged loudly on the door and demanded entry, they threatened to break the door down unless Houck opened it. When Houck opened the door, agents immediately took him into custody while pointing weapons at the Houck family including their seven terrified and upset children.
Mr. Houck is being threatened with 11 years in prison by the DOJ. Once the video surfaces and the truth is revealed, someone should be charged and fined for this travesty of Justice.
